Stephen Wilson
President and Chief Executive Officer, CF Industries Holdings, Inc.

Stephen R. Wilson is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of CF Industries Holdings, Inc., parent company of CF Industries. Steve joined CF Industries in 1991 as senior vice president and chief financial officer, after a lengthy career with Inland Steel Industries, Inc. in Chicago, where he served in a variety of financial and planning positions from 1974 until 1991. He earned BA and MBA degrees from Northwestern University.
 

Lynn F. White
CF Industries Vice President, Corporate Development

Lynn White has served as the company’s vice president, Corporate Development since June of 2009. Prior to joining CF Industries, White was the founder and managing director of the Twemlow Group LLC, a consulting firm. Prior to founding Twemlow, he held a number of executive positions at Deere & Company, including president, John Deere Agri Services. Earlier in his career, he was senior vice president, Corporate Development for IMC Global Inc., a global chemical and crop nutrients company now a part of The Mosaic Company. White holds a B.A. in History, with a minor in Economics, from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA in Finance and Multinational Enterprise from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.


Barry W.Lonsdale
President, Terra Environmental Technologies Inc.

Barry earned a B.S. in Applied/Natural Sciences and Economics from the University of Western Ontario. He has more than 25 years' experience in various areas of the chemical industry, including a position as North American Vice President of Lever Industries, a Unilever Company.

Barry joined Terra in 1997 as Plant Manager of its Courtright, Ont., nitrogen manufacturing facility, and in 2001 was promoted to Managing Director of Terra International (Canada), Inc.
